The mayor's spokesman trying to say none if this is tied to the stupid soda tax. Why is Pepsi only doing this in the city?
The real news is the collateral damage the mayor is causing. As people go out of town to buy soda they are also buying their other groceries there, killing city grocers and losing the sales tax revenues.
Meanwhile, poorer residents can't shop outside the city, Another racist democrat policy.
