My opinion: it is not enough to fire him. It leaves Mr Trump open to the charge of covering up, no matter how clear the malfeasance of Comey. Best case is to trap him in perjury (already done, IMO), and announce an independent prosecutor to investigate his activities. Pretty soon, he resigns under a cloud in order to save his own skin. Meanwhile, if the prosecutor is serious, part of the swamp gets drained.
I agree with you....they have him for perjury right now. Now they have to take down Comey step by step & not fire him on sight. Let him roast in public so this situation sinks in.
