The ARO’s (Armed Response Officers) are prominent in that pic. I hope they shot him where the bandage is. Gutshot and feeling it. I hope the ambulance hit every bump an pothole on the way to the hospital.

I was in that spot just this past December. There's a tube station that has elevators emerging at street level just across the street from Big Ben. I walked across Westminster Bridge to catch a water taxi.
So many people there are walking around the streets at a brisk pace - while texting. Minimal situational awareness... they think the biggest threats are the London taxis, and the taxi drivers do a great job of stopping short of hitting those fools.

“Diversity” (and “liberal” and “tolerance” and etc) was a facade of the Left to guilt the majority into not rejecting behaviors long established as intolerable. Once they garnered enough support, power, & tolerance they turned to attack - hence their total mental meltdown when Hillary (keystone to establishing power) lost.

A bridge with fairly heavy foot traffic is a narrow choke point for pedestrians caught between parapet and traffic lanes in this type of attack.
Does raise the hair on the back of ones neck to have been in the same spot.

We’re so far from Asia that we have no concept of there actually being a narrow dividing line between Europe and Asia, nor where it is.
One victim apparently (from photo) leaped over the railing, impacting a walkway below. AFAIK survived but in bad shape. Someone else leapt into the river and was fished out.

When I gave a German coworker a ride to the DFW airport in My Wife’s Saturn Vue, she was amazed at my “large SUV”. I didn’t drive my Yukon XL 2500 4X4 to work that day.
Europeans have Zero idea how we live in the states. Maybe its for the best the think we are all white trash, backwards, science denying xenophobes that “don’t have healthcare”.
The difference between high tide/low tide at the Westminster bridge is about 20 feet. It could have been a very high fall at low tide.
We were on Westminster Bridge last Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday for Spring Break about the same time in the afternoon. Some steel& concrete balusters on the walking path may result in future groin injuries to people buried their phones, but it would have limited the death and destruction. I have pictures on my phone of the path in question and there is nothing to stop a speeding truck mowing down people on the path once it clears the light at the Hospital.
Now that there is a Martyr, look for repeat performances on this spot.
There could've been 80, maybe 120 pedestrians surging out of that tube station if the timing had been different. I don't mean to minimize the deaths and severe injuries, but this attack could've been far worse.
