He doesn’t. He broke the rules when he was on trial release and is still crackers. My guess is the SS is keeping an eye on him 24/7. But seeing how the SS has been screwing up lately it’s not reassuring.
Fun fact: Hinckley’s family was close friends with the Bush family, and Hinckley had a lunch date with Neil Bush the day after the assassination attempt. Obviously he had to cancel.
If Reagan died, then Bush would be free to implement his New World Order. There was a big motive.
I think Bush used the mentally ill Hinckley to further his interests, but that’s just me.
