My saddest duty in the entire time I have been on this website.
When I saw him a few weeks ago he seemed to be truly suffering from the progression of his arthritis. I can sympathize with him because my varied ailments are piling up and making it difficult to live life the way I want to live. Lord, please help me make the decision to KEEP struggling. In the midst of your prayers for Tom and Donna y’all please tuck in a little prayer for me during my visit with the heart transplant docs tomorrow
Gods speed Tom Eaker. Be nice to St. Peter, he has the keys to the front gate! You will be dearly missed!
You’ve acquitted yourself very well here
I don’t know what drives men to the desperation they find themselves in
Nobody wishes to be there .....quiet or not so quiet despondency
As you get old you see so much hurt manifest over the years in folks that you wish you’d had a way to know the future and persuade them to change course when they could
But you’re correct......you’re devastating those who care about you
Especially kids
A legacy that is so burdensome and often gets passed on
Sad just sad..
I stayed on his good side...he did not suffer forum fools gladly...nor do I admittedly
Never had a cross word with him.
I liked him
