Yeah. There were roosters crowing and goats being slaughtered and drinks being sold and couches being burned in the back yard and cars being dismantled in the front yard. A family was living in every room. One was a couple with 4 tiny kids (one a baby) all living in one room. With only 2 toilets in the house, they had to go pee someplace. Any time city inspections came by with questions, nobody could habla ingles.
