I guess the neighbor didn’t trust the people he or she hired to enter their home.
But that’s just plain filthy.
That’s what Mexicans do.
A bunch of them moved into the house next door to me and lived there 3 years and 3 months.
They built an outhouse out of three pieces of plywood nailed to trees in the back yard, and that’s where the men pissed. In broad daylight, in a city residential single house suburb.
When I got the city inspections people over they told me that no law exists against having “privies” any longer in Raleigh, NC. It fell off the books long ago when Americans stopped shitting outdoors, apparently.
I finally got them for a number of other things and finally they were foreclosed on (3 year balloon mortgage).
