She accused Gorsuch of never siding with the “little guy”. He began reciting a litany of cases where he did side with the little guy. She said something like, “OK. I’ll read them.”
WHY, knowing that she’d be participating in a YUGE hearing this week, did she not get this basic information under her belt before? The least she could do is minimal homework and prep time before showing up for work. She looks so stupid and uninformed/misinformed.
She is trying to get him mad, by misrepresenting him, questioning his motives and integrity, and more.
She sure has got all Conservative, Constitution loving Citizens mad.
Gorsuch has stayed cool.
