Senator Fineswine knows damn well that the Congress Has the Absolute Authority under Article 3, Section 2 of the US Constitution to Limit the role of the supreme Court, Congress Decides what the Court can Hear.

She is admitting that she has NEVER READ the Document that she swore an Oath to uphold.

I hear you. But, what she stated is the current reality. The SCOTUS has the final word until a future SCOTUS rules differently. Congress prefers it that way.

Face it. We're living in post-Constitutional America.
