OK, so why would a San Francisco employee go to South Dakota for government business in the first place?
And frankly, why would anybody in South Dakota want someone from San Francisco visiting?
Talk about a great side effect to a law. Sounds like another great reason to pass this law everywhere. If this is all takes to keep these creeps away from your state that’s a win.
