Judge Napolitano's opinion is still on the Fox News web site:

Andrew Napolitano: Did Obama spy on Trump?

At the end of the article, a link to the Brit's response is provided.

So if Fox suspended him, I find it interesting they're still allowing his published article to remain.

Thanks.

I checked, the page is already archived (so if Faux deletes it, it isn't going anywhere):

The GCHQ response:

"Recent allegations made by media commentator Judge Andrew Napolitano about GCHQ being asked to conduct 'wire tapping' against the then President Elect are nonsense. They are utterly ridiculous and should be ignored."

Now, for one thing, anyone with an IQ over, say, 5, who thinks GCHQ would actually admit to surveilling a US President, unless cornered with VERY strong evidence, is ignorant beyond belief.

The idea that GCHQ would not surveill a US President or incoming President (especially one threatening to rock the NATO boat a bit) is equally idiotic.

A further point is that Napolitano stated that GCHQ has full access to NSA's data: If that is correct: No one needed to ask GCHQ to "wiretap" Trump, as they (GCHQ) already had the data. Then the words "wire tapping" in the GCHQ statement are a "straw man" used to obfuscate what's going on: A foreign intelligence service, friendly or no, has NSA's data on US citizens, and that data is VERY far reaching.

There is a part of me that really hopes that "if" is wrong, but, note that GCHQ does not deny that they have the information.
