As of now, with Republicans in control, there is little chance of any indictment unless he goes so off the rails it has to be done.
That is true to an extent. But then you have to factor in the RINOs, the Never Trump Republicans, the Republicans that go whichever way the wind blows, and last but not least, the Establishment Republicans that will be hit hard in the pocketbook when he breaks up their play houses. One thing that you can count on is that the Progressives and Leftists will not go quietly in the night.
The Republicans control the Senate also. But all that really means is that there are morre Republicans than Democrat members. There is Mc Cain and his girlfriend Graham, the ladies. In a showdown, it would be very close either way.
