Freedom Caucus unable to kick out Ryan. They make noise for fundraising purpose.
This bill is first step. Next it will go to Senate and then come back to Congress. Stuff can be included at any of those stages.
Then there will be phase 2 and 3.
Illegal should not be able to access subsidize insurance must be included when it comes back for final vote.
At that stage push is needed. Now let make noise and vote Yes, and send it to Senate.

In the morning, President Donald J. Trump will receive his daily intelligence briefing.
The President will then drop by the Women in Healthcare panel hosted by Seema Verma, Administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Later in the morning, the President will host a Legislative Affairs group meeting.
In the afternoon, the President will meet with the Congressional Black Caucus Executive Committee.
In the evening, the President will have dinner with Secretary of State Rex Tillerson.
The Freedom Caucus are the ONLY ones even ever trying to challenge Lyin Ryan.
Unfortunately, the RYNO’s in the House always pull their tricks and they (FC) are clearly outnumbered. It’s like trying to vote Crybaby Boehner or Tx Speaker Joe Strauss out....the establishment $$/pressure ALWAYS wins.
I posted upthread (#870) comments by Rich Lowry, that echo many who oppose this bill, of why Phase 2 and 3 may not even make it.
I’ll repost his concerns....
Lowry states, “those two phases, the 2nd phase is Tom Price acting administratively, is a black box, because they haven’t said ANY detail of what he’d do...”
C Payne says Tom Price will no doubt do the right thing, as he’s written much of the repeal pieces, thus far.....
Lowry fires back with....’no doubt his (Price’s) heart is in the right place, but does he have the statutory authority to do this, and will he really make enough a of difference?” “And then the third prong, which is supposedly getting stuff through the Senate with 60 votes along w/eight Dems supporting it....is a complete fantasy.”
