Jenny I totally understand what they are TRYING to do, HOWEVER tell me HOW we get the 60 votes for phase 3 tell me THAT and I am on board!!! FACT IS we will NEVER SEE phase 3, just like POTUS Reagan NEVER saw his secure border after amnesty!!! NO SALE!!!!
For phase 3- Pharmaceutical price reduction bill attached to state line. I know this is Dems pet project. Even Black Caucus will join for that bill.

The black caucus wants prescription bill that lowers drug cost and also rehab for drug use instead of prison. (We have rehab in our prison in Indiana it works).
Not sure how many votes that is. But Trump would trust and honor them by letting them write the amendment. He or his team would work with all to make it successful
