I am wondering why he's so set on going with Ryan's Bill? He hears us yelling don't do it. Dobb's has almost had a heartache several times on his show over Paul Ryan and his failed work. Hannity is not happy or other conservatives. It doesn't make sense to me. Are we missing something? I think we know our President just can't fail with his first thing out. Why rush healthtcare? Its overshadowing all of his accomplishments. Even the stock market who has felt very positive since his election is questioning rather it passes Thursday.

See, you can’t repeal completely and do nothing. They will lose big time.
They can’t get their own new bill because of 52 senate.
What Trump and Ryan trying to do is dismantle without requirement of 60 votes, no filibuster etc. Because of that they are doing CBO scoring etc.

For phase -2 , Price can remove regulation with this bill.
For phase -3 , they can add new bill for state line etc.

This is best option, otherwise Obamacare will remain intact. Best option is butcher it.
