I could be wrong, but I think since Obummercare was deemed a tax, it has to be taken care of first in order to do the tax cut our President wants.
Is this right?

Hmmm...maybe they should do tax reform FIRST....that also includes complete REPEALING of 0bamaCare/0Care tax!
