I think I found my answers....

Nothing but kicking the can, on the absurd/business choking Cadillac tax....this tax should be REMOVED, not delayed...

Page 19. This section of the amendment adds an additional year of relief from Obamacare’s Cadillac tax, moving the implementation date from 2025 to 2026.

I couldn’t find anything about the individual mandate...but, I may have missed it.

Overall, it appears the changes are mostly Medicaid based, which are good starts, in good directions.
