I see that Common Core is on that list, it will be a great day for Education when that is totally done away with.
The teachers and administration at the school district I worked at will be partying for sure.

Are there any good reasons why these should take so long to go to the President once they've cleared the House and Senate? Or is it just more legislative inefficiency?
