When is the question ??? I think this will be drag on economy.
Federal govt will fund, they have no choice. They have to give funds to state for expansion. They will be running enrollment website, people will remain employed. Salary will be paid.

Sounds like a good reason it will be collapsing sooner rather than later..
Ryan’s plan only reduced current premiums by 10%. Folks have been dropping off Obamacare at accelerating rates. Do you think they will be able to afford premiums that are 10% less?
