Just heard some discussion on WMAL, whereby they theorize that President Trump did this on purposem and stressed that he was a “team player” throughout all of this....and now that the thing has failed, he is well within his rights to say....OK boys and girls, I did it YOUR way and look what happened...Now we are going to do things MY way!” (sounds like a reasonable theory to me)
Is he a mess now? He left the House when he was unjustly convicted of money laundering by the leftist Travis County judge. His conviction was overturned by the appelate court in Texas. It took several years and much money to defend himself.
I was reminded of this later with what happened to Sarah Palin and the 14 lawsuits against her, all eventually thrown out, all of which cost her family a great deal of anxiety and money.
