The one thing that stuck in my craw from the getgo was the fact that there would only be a 10% reduction in premiums after years of double digit increases......

So, no reduction would be better?

It would not make a bit of difference as the folks could not afford the premiums with a 10% reduction or a 20% reduction when you consider what the double digit increases have done over the years......
