Just a general question for those who might know: Phase 2 of the bill is suppose to give Secretary Tom Price lots of space to make good changes and additions (since Obamacare gives the HHS Secretary much power). But if Price makes good changes, what happens if/when a Democrat is elected President? Wont the Dem HHS Secretary just undo what Mr. Price has done?

Interesting question. I don't know but I am guessing there are some here who might offer an idea. Think this would have to be rather fluid and thus open to modification.
It depends on how much "damage" he can do to the worthless and unConstitutional department (right down to abolishing it)
If he makes changes and has them codified by Congress in a thousand statutes, it will be pretty difficult....kinda like the way Obamacare has been done.
Of course that is only my dream and opinion.
