Most people call it the Bichon Buzz but I’ve also seen it referred to as the Bichon Blitz.
I don’t know if this is a Bichon characteristic or just a Frodo behavior but he also does what we call the “paw swipe.” When you’re holding him, he’ll lay back and swipe his paw in the air to get you to rub his tummy. If you don’t get the message, he’ll escalate to swiping with both paws! Irresistible.
Seems like the antagonistic press and congress critters would greatly benefit from taking a sweet lapdog to work with them. At least they would smile more often! I think Sec. Zinke has the right idea :-)
Or maybe Sean just needs a couple specially-trained Dobermans or German Shepherds to act as bouncers during press briefings. Sure would be fun to watch the dogs chase Peter Alexander (and some others) out of the room! LOL
