I think the RINO Tuesday Group is being informed by Ryan that they have to go along if they want any influence on Trump’s future legislation. That crossing him now will mean he will never count on them again (maybe also some talk of punishment, but that’s pretty crude).
5 or so Freedom Caucus can vote against the bill, and 10 or so Tuesday Groupers- and the bill still passes. Sounds fair and doable.

Ironic that several of the RINO NO Vote Reps are from PA....a state that Trump won.
I know they’re against cutting any Medicaid $$, because their state took the expansion....but, too bad! Do what’s right for the REST of the country, and for MAJORITY of Americans.
