Koch Bros are promising millions to Reps who vote against healthcare bill.....that could be Freedom Caucus Reps (who agreed earlier, to most of the revisions) or, RINO’s who are now unhappy about the Medicaid cuts, in the revision.
Koch Bros were NeverTrumpers, so I could see them supporting keeping 0Care in place :(
