I just wish I could get some energy back. I find everything overwhelming these days. Honestly, I could sleep half the day away, and follow the news the other half. It’s a good thing I make myself go out to my daughter’s farm and help her home-school....otherwise I would be sawing logs.
With surgery and then the flu on top of that it’s no wonder you are having a rough time.
Don’t compound it by feeling guilt for not being able to do much, take time and don’t try to push yourself when you really do need the rest and sleep.
