oh that sounds really hard to eliminate soy from your diet, especially eating out. I had no idea it was in so many things.

Problem is I will ask if mayonnaise for example is in something. The cook says no. I eat it and react only to find out they used a similar product made with ALL soy not called mayonnaise but mayo
Same with butter. People just don’t get it.
Applebee’s soaks their 8oz steaks in soy to tenderize them.
The federal government allows 5% additive in hamburger and still call it 100% beef. It’s usually soy. Most often in premade patties.
