Sorry to hear your not well today. Soy must be hard to stay away from just as corn syrup for my son. Its used and the package ingred. would constantly leave it out in the description. It would really make me mad. I would take hours in the grocery reading and then he would tell me something hurt his stomach. I started sending his lunch and kids would make fun of it. I fixed pickle roll-ups many days. Before I got him tested in the first grade he would step off the bus and get sick in the driveway every day. He would run to the familyroom and start shaking as if he was coming off drugs. I do understand how foods really can mess ones body. So sorry please rest and take care.
