I’ll look into Lion - don’t watch many movies unless they are on the Hallmark or Hallmark Movies and Mysteries channel. Used to watch movies on TV or go out to movies all the time - not so much any more. I guess my tastes have changed some as well as the price of movies at the theaters - last time I took my nephew a few years ago the afternoon matinee for 2 of us plus 2 drinks and popcorn was about $30 or more.

We usually do Matinee, cheaper.

We don’t go like we used to since so many Hollweird creeps are on my no go list.

Shouldn’t say “we” but I, hubby goes with youngest son or a friend if I won’t go see a particular movie.

I have my standards to uphold, after all. LOL

Lion was wonderful. saw it 3 times at theater

the refreshments are rip offs.

one can wait 2 hours and go out for a decent neal afterwards

Most theaters have bargain days.. and for we OLD FOLK there are senior days in addition.
