When the Senate amends the AHCA and sends it back to the House that scenario may arise unless Trump makes clear that it’s unacceptable. Like a dog to it’s vomit RINOs return to the Dems for votes.
Trump’s problem in Congress is the RINOs, though the media narrative says otherwise. Trump ran against the RINOs and won- but RINOs ‘never say die’.
