I finally watched todays press briefing. I'll try to summerize it for the ones here working or have a hearing problem. Please don't take everything I write as exactly Sean's response.

Sean got back to answering the North Korea question. We have got with NSA and we with our Allies are exploring a new range of diplomatic and economic measures on the grave nuclear and ballistic programs taking place there.

The President is very concern about the cities that ignore and refuse to notify ICE on criminal and arrested immigrants. The sad situation of the school girl being raped by two and one being 18 or 19 yrs. old in the 9th grade itself is something we question. The details have many disturbing facts. Its the states and local cities responsibility to remove these criminals.

The President is very optimistic on the healthcare bill because of all the input he has received and the changes made even recently. No is is not threating by what he is saying to the Congress who have said they were not voting for the bill. He is only reminded of their promise to the American people for several years. Now is the time to follow through with their promise. Its a political reality and not a threat.

The DOW taking a dip is only a sign of an over performing optimism and good where the market is headed.

Since the President wants to sneak up on his enemies, why are we giving countries 96 hours to change the rules? Why not say now that no one can carry a small device any larger than a cell phone can get on the plane? Sean responded that it takes time to notifly the countries and air lines and the 96 hours is really not very long afterall.

As I understood an article on Price and phase II. Obama had added many provisions to the original Obamacare bill in an attempt to make it work. Via cabinet EOs These additions can only be replaced by reversing the EOs via Price. I do wish the would make them public but apparently they must work thru the parliamentarian as they are all part of reconciliation

Some apply to other legislation and it is one reason that pure appeal is not possible. There are tentacles in many other laws Some were added to laws we do not want appealed. Therefore this bit by bit unwinding of “the mess” is the only option.

At this stage, you can’t just do repeal and nothing afterwards. People will be on street.

I am happy that penalty is already gone.
With current numbers, you can’t have IDEAL conservative bill.

Problem with conservatives are, the don’t want to compromise on anything. All or none.
