RYan took the biggest hit. Not in congress or with his caucus or even with the nation. He was totally humiliated in front of his high power friends. Remember both Reince and VP Pence have known him for decades. He so badly wanted to be part of the BIG BOY CLUB. And he has failed miserably to accomplish at either of their levels. Both Pence and Reince have experience in leadership positions. They understand what good management skills are Even through their friendship Ryans weaknesses would still be evident. They as well as the president have tried to be supportitive and encouraging. But like the homecoming queen with a 100 IQ he just will never understand higher level reasoning skills.
As friends they will be the ones who will quietly go to him and say. “You’re over your head. Step down!”

Ryan’s plan only reduced current premiums by 10%. Folks have been dropping off Obamacare at accelerating rates. Do you think they will be able to afford premiums that are 10% less?

Newt was the last speaker who guided a tax reform bill through congress. He has said as soon as Trump won there would eventually help where he could. He wasn’t interested in full time work. If I’ve read the tea leaves correctly that is the friend that our president is meeting with today.
With our satellite dish, we haven’t watched commercials for years, just hit Pause when they come on and then skip through them.
I once thoughtlessly mentioned this in front of my brother, who was in advertising. He did NOT appreciate it.

Let me give you ground reality, Majority of companies had hiring hold currently, they were watching this bill because of working hours requirement related to ACA bill. Hiring will be a problem. Tax bill will be on floor as of now around August. I think it may get delay because Trump will try to get Dems now and we will get diluted bill because of CBO scoring and unable to get rid of tax burden from Obamacare. Freedom Circus will obstruct again because they will not get everything.
Trump was unable to get this bill thru. Till Tax bill is not passed and whats in it, companies will be skeptical to think much ahead.
