I dont think there is anything wrong with their genes. Theyre just dumb kids in a modern environment that is much more dangerous than a generation ago. They still are responsible for their actions but who is teaching these kids about consequences, single parents and Leftist teachers and Hollywood. Why would that disproportionately affect Appalachia?

They have the added social pressure of being white, poor and supposedly responsible for being the root of the modern world’s problems, according to our Leftist overlords as parroted incessantly by the media.

Because Appalachia’s fave drug is the easily cookable crystal meth, which is cheap and plentiful, and heroin prices have come down because of it— to be “marketed” to the area from outside sources. Because as some idiot here says— “heroin is not that bad”.... Like meth is somehow equally benign.

Poor people get prescription, then sell it for food money. Doctors that prescribe get more patients from referrals. Obama hates West Virginia for going Republican. Big IRS office in West Virginia. I’m sure that all these are true.

unemployment, life disability payments for bad knees or "stress"...
welfare...food stamps..free phones...
there is no reason to work or be responsible...
so why not just be drugged most of the day...YOU GOT THE TIME...
