Terribly sad news. At the one Texas Cowboy shoot I was able to attend a few years ago was FINALLY able to put a face and warm personality with the moniker.
IN fact MANY monikers with REAL LIVE people.
I was impressed with John’s overwhelming warmth and hospitality. He treated everyone as if they were royal guest. He made my pups Josy and Toby(FReeper dogs) very welcome and they responded in NOT tunneling out under his fence.He turned over his kitchen to those who were doing their thing. The Mom’s great margaritas.. the Mexican spread... the many offerings both liquid and solid.
His sense of humor was contagious and he was a very handsome man.
Thanks for letting us know Jim. We all know our time is coming. There will come that time when we are doing okay and then momentarily step into eternity. For all - We just never know exactly when and I honor those people who can be gentle in spirit - even in disagreement - for you will be missed. The others. .. well.. no more said.
