There are plenty of classic TV that still holds up well... Dick Van Dyke, Andy Griffin.... etc... can sit and watch any of those shows, almost anytime over 90-95%% easily of network TV today.

Pretty much any show from the sixties or seventies show up on those two channels
Tape to watch later, Love Boat, MTM Show, Newhart, Match Game
That’s enough to fill the TV palate. No need or time to watch today’s crapola
