What is really tough is to be living on the East side of the Cascades and know that the 4 or 5 highly populated counties on the West side determines who will be Washington’s Senators and how the State goes in the Presidential elections.
TELL me about it!! WE have lived here, on the Washington side of the Columbia, (Washougal) across from PDX and feel in most elections, we live in any socialist country you could name. I still think the California retreds are a big part of the problem. Tacoma and Seattle rule the elections.
