This is just paranoia. If you want to find out ALL you can about the Echo become a developer for what are called “skills”. You’ll get all the info you need for developing apps for the echo and there’s nothing nefarious going on.

99% of the developers I know would not have a clue what the network stack layer is doing with their data nor how to even check. Java and other far removed developers would not even understand C or assembler...much less machine code.
There is plenty of work for those with a clue. I just want to retire.
Agreed I just started writing code for it...not easy!!!
