Laz, I totally agree with you on the issue of the CORRECTNESS and MORALITY of some recent decisions.

The problem is, some people here have “arguments”, like exactly 50% of the arguments ever made in ANY court, that been found to have no legal standing.

As Mr. Justice Gorsuch said, I often hate the rulings I am forced to make, but I work within the system to change what I do not like.

The moment we decide to ignore the several courts’ ruling, we give every Dem, Lib, Murderer, Child Molester, Thief and every other malcontent and footpad permission to so the same. Like guns, positions on law shoot both ways. Is anyone seriously suggesting we adopt black uniforms, Donald Dick rather than Guy Falkes masks and start torching liberal businesses?

Do I wish it was different. Hell yes, but I work to change what I don’t like, not radicalize the opposition and thereby make myself totally ineffective in the process.

Jefferson, Madison, et.al gave us a way to change what we do not like. Every time we step outside that, we dishonor them.... and it is also nothing but blowing off steam.

We can do better than that.

Be well.

I can see your point.

However, this is not working any more.

When Judges refuse to read, comprehend, and abide by the CLEAR WORDING of the law on the Powers of the President, it is not working any more.
