The "R Visa regulation" providing for expedited access -- specifically based on religion -- is unconstitutional -- no matter which "religion".

~~~~~~~~~~~
"The R visa program is for non-immigrant clerics and religious workers..."
~~~~~~~~~~~

If that is not "respecting an establishment of religion", what would fit that Constitutional prohibition?

Eliminating the "R Visa" would be far more Constitutional than prohibiting a high school valedictorian from crediting Christ in her valedictory speech.
