Yes, you are covered by Obamacare even in employer provided plans. Obama destroyed employee provided plans and we are left with only high deductible plans at much higher rates. The only decrease in "uninsured" were from those placed in Medicaid, which we taxpayers have to pay for.

And one of the worst things is that those on Medicaid can go to the doctor whenever they want for pennies while those of us on high deductible plans can not afford to do so and we pay for both plans to boot.

They only impact minimum coverage rules They established that all plans must provide certain tthings whether you need them or not.
