If this can be proven then Obama has to be prosecuted.

Obama has dispensed with the customary respect and deference shown by a departing president to his successor. I see no reason for Trump not to return the favor.

Don’t get me wrong, prosecution sounds wonderful. But how about going after the ***financing***of Obama’s shadow government first? CAN WE HAVE AN AUDIT PLEASE?

He can not be prosecuted. As President, he didn’t break any laws. Not the ones that apply to a President. Yes there are laws not applicable to the President due to the nature of his office. Namely the President is the commander and chief and chief executive with enumerated responsibilities in the Constitution. So much deference is given to ex-Presidents on why and what was done. Short of a charge of Treason and you can’t touch him.

Unless of course they start causing problems post Presidency. Like fomenting rebellion, insurrection, and sedition. I imagine if they took that route much of that ‘deference’ will erode quickly. Again, the Democrats drag us down to new standards.

This has been standard M.O. for a very long time.

Everyone who has ever participated in it should be prosecuted as spies.

It’s shouldn’t only be for the case when it happens to the President.
