Makes sense to me. It should also be illegal for a woman to ovulate if the egg isn’t fertilized. With some women, of course, this could be a real problem. :)

I do wish the Texas Legislature had the strength of character to pass this bill into law.
(after amending it to include passing an unfertilized egg...)
