Why should taxpayers have to pay for remedial education for stupid people? Just cull them from the herd and move on. Nationwide, there is a surplus of teachers as it is.
With school choice coming up, there will be even less need for state indoctrination centers.
I agree with you 100% but i figure the districts and states will want to try and help those failures get up to speed (maybe a lawyer to sue their school that failed to prepare them would be better). End of day, if they cannot pass and be proficient, they have no business in the classroom.
