If you think no repeal will anger the base, consider what this cr@p sandwich will trigger.
Ryan had to be persuaded to take the job. That told me he was the wrong man to fill it. The position and the nation require a leader and Ryan isn't.
Leadership is not telling conservatives to sit down and shut up.
