Wait, are they having beef gravy with the fires like they do in Canada?

That’s actually very good.

I usually use BBQ Sauce on my fires. It’s been a long time since I’ve used Ketchup.

Seems like there’s a smothered fries dish in every region. In Springfield, Illinois, they put fries on a hamburger patty, on a plate, and cover it with cheese sauce. They call it a pony. In Oklahoma, they cover the patty and fries with brown gravy, and call it a hot hamburger. (I think they put a slice of bread under the patty) Of course, “cheese fries” with bacon and green onions are everywhere, now. I like real cheese, though. Not that watered down cheese liquid.
