We don’t want to pay for someone else’s pre existing dread disease cost!! You don’t have a house fire and then go buy fire insurance. This as absolutely the SAME THING!! Let them go to a high risk pool and PAY THEIR OWN PREMIUMS or just like before — If you dont want insurance and you do want you $150/mo Iphone instead— go down and get in line at the ER if you get sick!!
