OK,two questions:
1) Am I correct to believe that this nation was founded on Christian (or Judeo Christian) principles?
2) Did any of you have the same attitude toward helping the people of Louisiana and Mississippi after Katrina...or helping people in Tornado Alley after a dozen F5s roar through Texas,Kansas,Missouri and Iowa?
Hint:Question #2 is a trick question

We don't need to necessarily donate, although people did. Our system and our heritage in helping others have made it so that we don't have to "rely" on help from the outside world, which is why no other countries donate to the U.S.
Africa's problems are their own. Even the great European intervention in 1914 tried to bring the continent up to speed. That's why Europe intervened and tried to make them self-sufficient, so the hordes won't come to their land like they're doing now.
Where in the Bible does it say to keep doing stupid things when the results are continuous failure? Where does it say we ignore our own veterans and country men, increase our debt to further mess up another country and culture? Cause that’s what you’re really asking US to do.
The answer is we don’t.
#2 see above.
