Here is how I view it.
Could the situation have been resolved without the use of a gun ?
Easily.
If the gun wielder had not already decided to be prepared to shoot the next person who “dissed” him in that movie theater.
But that's what happened.
Next ask if the nutty driver who felt he/she was “dissed”, “could have resolved the situation without ramming you with his/her vehicle”.
The answer would be the same-Easily.
Still wont undo the damage....
