Actually, ole Dean is probably in the afterlife loving this. Smith was a diehard liberal to the core. UNC Chapel hill is liberal heaven. It’s where the next generation of SJW’s gets their indoctrination.
For that matter, I think most every school in the UNC System is lefty land, including Appalachian State in Boone.
For the reasons above, I would advise anyone against moving to the old north state. A much friendlier environment for conservatives is upstate South Carolina. Greenville is awesome and I enjoy much more than pretentious Asheville.
