That is the correct font of a typewriter on caps. Also, there is no kerning. It looks like the writing is consistent and the letterhead says British Protectorate of Kenya, not just Kenya like the fake.
Why can’t the records be searched for that form’s assigned S/N?
This was clearly typed on a pre printed form. The letters on the left are slightly higher than the letters on the right which would suggest that it was not perfectly squared when it was put in the machine.
If it is fake, it was clever. The only question is whether the month date and year are in the proper order for Kenyan government documents. That might reveal whether or not this needs further investigation.
